Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the ADIA app or website or place an order with us. ADIA is a Syrian brand operated by Adia LLC. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your password private: you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can also shop as a guest, and you can delete your account at any time from the app.
Our products
- Photos show the real pieces, but colours can look slightly different on a screen or in different light.
- Dimensions are in centimetres and may vary by up to 2 cm. Hand-made pieces and natural materials such as wood and wool are each slightly unique.
- Stock is reserved when your order is placed — the same last piece is never sold twice.
Prices
Prices are set and shown in US dollars. An order is charged in US dollars at the prices shown when you place it, and that amount does not change afterwards. Prices include everything except delivery, which is shown before you confirm.
Payment
We accept transfers through Sham Cash, Ersal and Bank Al-Sham. After placing an order, you send the exact total to the account shown in the app and share the transfer reference or a photo of the receipt. Your order is confirmed once we have verified the transfer. An order that is not paid within 48 hours is cancelled automatically and its pieces return to stock.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver to every Syrian governorate, or you can collect your order from one of our showrooms. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown before you confirm. See our Shipping & Delivery page for the details.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel freely until we start preparing your order. After that, a cancellation becomes a request that our team reviews — a piece made to order may no longer be cancellable once production has begun.
Returns and warranty
Returns follow our Return Policy. Where a product page states a warranty, it covers manufacturing defects for the period stated, not damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear.
Reviews and content
Only customers who received a product can review it. We publish reviews after checking them and may decline content that is offensive or unrelated to the product.
Loyalty points
Points are a thank-you, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, may expire as stated in the app, and the programme may change. Points earned on an order are removed if that order is returned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
