Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to every governorate in Syria.

Cost and timing

The delivery cost depends on your governorate and area, and is shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product and on your order. When a free-delivery offer is running, orders above the stated amount are delivered free.

Before we deliver

Our team calls you to agree a delivery time. Large pieces are carried into your home where access allows, so please make sure doors, stairs and lifts can take the piece — its dimensions are listed on every product page.

Assembly

Where a product says assembly is included, our technicians assemble it on delivery. Otherwise it arrives with its fittings and instructions.

Collect from a showroom

Choose showroom pickup at checkout to collect your order free of charge from the branch you pick. We notify you when it is ready — bring your order number.

Tracking your order

Follow your order from Account → My orders, or with your order number and phone number if you ordered as a guest.
